Senior English barristers are occasionally licensed to appear as advocates in cases expected to be unusually long or complex, without having to pass the bar examination or undertake further training: they are permitted only to act in relation to the matter for which they have been licensed. Similarly, barristers and solicitors employed as public prosecutors may be licensed to appear as advocates without having to pass the bar examination or undertake further training: they are permitted only to act as such only for the duration of that employment.

The Central Government Health Scheme offers health services through Allopathic and Homeopathic systems as well as through traditional Indian forms of medicine such as Ayurveda, Unani, Yoga and Siddha. In the following paragraphs is set out the gist of provisions of the Scheme, various instructions and order issued from time to time to serve as a Compendium for the guidance of the CGHS staff.

Tips & Tricks was a video game magazine published by For most of its existence, the publication was devoted almost exclusively to  and  for popular . It began as a spin-off from VideoGames magazine, which in itself morphed out. VG&CE and VideoGames, like Tips & Tricks, were published by LFP following the purchase  ST-LOG and other computer magazines from publishers Michael DesChenes & Lee Pappas in the late 1980s.

Tips & Tricks originated as a spinoff from the monthly "Tips & Tricks" section magazine. Because VideoGames & Computer Entertainment itself grew out of the monthly "Video Game Digest" column in magazine, Tips & Tricks was technically the longest-running publication in a succession of related magazines that originated with the first issue of  January 1981 - nine months before the publication of which are generally considered to be the world's first video-game magazines. When the final issue of Tips & Tricks Codebook appeared on newsstands in February 2011, it marked the end of a series of print magazines that had covered the video-game industry for 30 consecutive years.

Tips & Tricks' Editor-In-Chief, Chris Bieniek, was featured in a July 2014 interview, detailing the history of the publication.

Often referring to itself as "The #1 Video-Game Tips Magazine," Tips & Tricks was known for its strategy guides or walkthroughs for contemporary console and portable games. Each issue also included an index of button codes and passwords, alphabetized by game title and sorted by console. The magazine was also noteworthy for its "lifestyle" content, in which a particular aspect of would be discussed at length by a regular columnist. Some of these were devoted to a specific game or game series  while others spotlighted video game-related action figures, comics, music and movies.
Tips & Tricks was a monthly devoted to the subjects of video game  and lifestyle content. Unlike most video game magazines, it did not include critical reviews of video games and was not a primary source of video game industry news. Instead, it focused on gameplay instructions and hidden  relating to games that its readers might have already purchased.

Users create this software themselves and often overlook how important it is.

The delineation between system software such as  and application software is not exact, however, and is occasionally the object of controversy. For example, one of the key questions in the  trial was whether Microsoft's   was part of its  operating system or a separable piece of application software. As another example, the  is, in part, due to disagreement about the relationship between the  and the operating systems built over this . In some types of , the application software and the operating system software may be indistinguishable to the user, as in the case of software used to control a player. The above definitions may exclude some applications that may exist on some computers in large organizations. For an alternative definition of an app.

Some applications are available in versions for several different platforms; others only work on one and are thus called, for example. an  application for  Sometimes a new and popular application arises which only runs on one , increasing the desirability of that platform. In recent years, the shortened term "app" (coined in 1981 or earlier has become population, the shortened form matching their typically smaller scope compared to applications on PCs. Even more recently, the shortened version is used for desktop application software as well.

An advocate in this sense is a professional in the field of law. different countries legal system use the term with somewhat differing meanings. Advocates are the only lawyers with rights of audience in the courts. An advocate's role is to give advice on all matters of law: it may involve representing a client in the civil and criminal courts or advising a client on matters such as matrimonial and family law, trusts and estates, regulatory matters, property transactions and commercial and business law. In court, advocates wear a horsehair wig, stiff collar, bands and a gown in the same way as barristers do elsewhere.
Trainee advocates  normally undertake a period of two years’ training articled to a senior advocate; in the case of English barristers or solicitors who have been practising or admitted for three years this training period is reduced to one year. Foreign lawyers who have been registered as legal practitioners in the Isle of Man for a certain period of time may also undertake a shorter period of training and supervision. Teachers working with Key Stage pupils might, for instance, focus on the subject content of science and develop science skills from these areas of experience. This product-centered approach could, for example, give rise to oral explanations and demonstrations of scientific knowledge, and, from time to time, practical activities designed to provide direct experience of phenomena with opportunities to explore and investigate these phenomena. In providing a conceptual structure to help the learner build a functional mental representation, the teacher highlights what is relevant and the nature of the relationships between the elements. For example, the teacher might explain the compressibility of air in a bicycle pump by describing it as dispersed particles which may be brought closer or else by comparing it with the behavior of a spring.

In contrast, teachers might focus on the processes of science and develop a scientific conceptual understanding from it. This process-centered approach could, for instance, offer the children experiments and investigations as starting points for acquiring conceptual knowledge with little or no direct teaching of concepts. In this case, a conceptual structure is withheld. The onus is on the children to recall or construct a functional mental representation without reference to a teachers’ description of one. Pupils might infer relationships in the topic under study and may be given an opportunity to test and revise their ideas.

Of course, other teachers might focus on a combination of these two approaches and develop scientific skills and conceptual understanding from in this combination. This mixed approach could be a balance or, perhaps, a compromise, between a product-centered and a process-centered approach, in which the teacher provides a partial conceptual structure and leaves the remainder for children to construct by inferring, hypothesizing, or testing their ideas. It could encourage lessons where children do investigations with some features already identified by the teacher, and with some conceptual knowledge about the subject that enables them to appreciate the purpose of the activity. In contrast, it could encourage lessons without a clear purpose which mixed different types of activity, but did not develop either conceptual or procedure understanding exclusively.

Science Activities and Experiments

Science activities help little learners of all ages understand important concepts, and these science activities for kids give them the opportunity to discover something completely new. What’s more, science activities are fun! Some, like Oobleck, are messy. Others are impressive, like the classic erupting volcano project. Whatever activity you end up trying, your child will be developing new skills as he forms predictions and makes observations. No matter where your child’s interests may lie, we have a science experiment that will teach him something cool and make him smile.

This is in part because teaching is a social practice, that takes place in a specific context (time, place, culture, socio-political-economic situation etc.) and therefore reflects the values of that specific context. Research shows that student motivation and attitudes towards school are closely linked to student-teacher relationships. Enthusiastic teachers are particularly good at creating beneficial relations with their students. Their ability to create effective learning environments that foster student achievement depends on the kind of relationship they build with their students. Useful teacher-to-student interactions are crucial in linking academic success with personal achievement. Here, personal success is a student's internal goal of improving himself, whereas academic success includes the goals he receives from his superior. A teacher must guide her student in aligning her personal goals with her academic goals. Students who receive this positive influence show stronger self-confidence and greater personal and academic success than those without these teacher interactions.Students are likely to build stronger relations with teachers who are friendly and supportive and will show more interest in courses taught by these teachers. Teachers that spend more time interacting and working directly with students are perceived as supportive and effective teachers. ONLINE TALIM SAMARTH 2 BABAT PARIPATRA DATE- 18-5-2019.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has decided to make tougher the SSC multiple choice question (MCQ) paper. Say it interesting or untoward, but the board thinks its teachers are not up to the mark to do the job of setting tougher questions, and henceforth, has decided to outsource the work from some independent agencies.

The board’s officer on special duty (OSD), M M Pathan, revealed that an agency would be hired to devise a bank of tough MCQs that would aim at testing the students’ understanding about the subject. He further disclosed that last year around 5% questions in the MCQ paper of 50 marks were intentionally asked of a higher standard in order to scale up the knowledge level of board students. Following that, this year the number of tough questions would be bigger.

Viewing the competition scenario, the state board students should be in line with the students of central and international boards, and in order to make that happen, their level has to be raised, letting them perform equally well in the national level competitive exams, said.

Initially, the board had assigned the GSHSEB teachers for the task of formulating a bank of questions that would pose teasers to the students and cream out the brightest from the average students. But sadly, out of the 1, 500 questions submitted by the teachers of each subject, only 30 (apprx) were qualified to come into the category of 'tough'. Most of the questions were found to be picked from the guides available in the market.

In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family (homeschooling), rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college. Some other professions may involve a significant amount of teaching (e.g. youth worker, pastor). is educational website

This article focuses on those who are employed, as their main role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school or other place of initial formal education or training

related to income or performance. This is frowned upon by rating agencies and the government. However, a percentage return program is viewed positively if the nonprofit receives more than 50% of the generated income. Programs that engage a third party, but with a "cost maximum cap" involved, such as with national charities like the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul performance in this area is exemplary, with 70-80% on average being returned to the nonprofit.
Ideally, donors should also investigate how much money from the sale of the car goes to the auction processor and how much actually benefits the charity's programs, as opposed to its administrative overhead

INSURANCE
Insurance is a means of protection from financial loss. It is a form of RISK MANAGMENT primarily used to HEDGE against the risk of a contingent, uncertain loss.
An entity which provides insurance is known as an insurer, insurance company, or insurance carrier. A person or entity who buys insurance is known as an insured or policyholder. The insurance transaction involves the insured assuming a guaranteed and known relatively small loss in the form of payment to the insurer in exchange for the insurer's promise to compensate the insured in the event of a covered loss. The loss may or may not be financial, but it must be reducible to financial terms, and must involve something in which the insured has an INSURABLE INTREST established by ownership, possession, or preexisting relationship.
The insured receives a CONTRACT  called the INSURANCE POLICY  which details the conditions and circumstances under which the insured will be financially compensated. The amount of money charged by the insurer to the insured for the coverage set forth in the insurance policy is called the premium. If the insured experiences a loss which is potentially covered by the insurance policy, the insured submits a claim to the insurer for processing by a CLAIMS ADJUSTER.
Methods for transferring or distributing risk were practiced by CHINESE and BABYLOANIUM traders as long ago as the3RD   and 2ND MILLENNIA BC, respectively. Chinese merchants travelling treacherous river rapids would redistribute their wares across many vessels to limit the loss due to any single vessel's capsizing. The Babylonians developed a system which was recorded in the At some point in the 1st millennium BC, the inhabitants of  created the '. This allowed groups of merchants to pay to insure their goods being shipped together. The collected premiums would be used to reimburse any merchant whose goods were jettisoned during transport, whether to storm or sinkage.
Separate insurance contracts (i.e., insurance policies not bundled with loans or other kinds of contracts) were invented in  in the 14th century, as were insurance pools backed by pledges of landed estates. The first known insurance contract dates from GENOA in 1347, and in the next century maritime insurance developed widely and premiums were intuitively varied with risks. These new insurance contracts allowed insurance to be separated from investment, a separation of roles that first proved useful in MARINE INSURANCE
If the Insured has a "reimbursement" policy, the insured can be required to pay for a loss and then be "reimbursed" by the insurance carrier for the loss and out of pocket costs including, with the permission of the insurer, claim expenses.
Under a "pay on behalf" policy, the insurance carrier would defend and pay a claim on behalf of the insured who would not be out of pocket for anything. Most modern liability insurance is written on the basis of "pay on behalf" language which enables the insurance carrier to manage and control the claim

PRIMIUM ARTICLE
Premiums are PROMOTIONAL  items — toys, COLLACTABLES souvenirs and household products — that are linked to a product, and often require box tops, tokens or PROOFS OF PURCHASE to acquire. The consumer generally has to pay at least the shipping and handling costs to receive the premium. Premiums are sometimes referred to as prizes, although historically the word PRIZE

Mutual funds have advantages and disadvantages compared to direct investing in individual securities. The primary advantages of mutual funds are that they provide economies of scale, a higher level of diversification, they provide liquidity, and they are managed by professional investors. On the negative side, investors in a mutual fund must pay various  It remains unclear whether mutual fund management can reliably produce an increase in investment returns exceeding these fees and expenses.

Mutual funds were introduced to the United States in the 1890s. Funds are required by the IRS to diversify their investments, limit ownership of voting securities, distribute most of their income (dividends, interest, and capital gains net of losses) to their investors annually, and earn most of the income by investing in securities and currencies

The characterization of a fund's income is unchanged when it is paid to shareholders. For example, when a mutual fund distributes dividend income to its shareholders, fund investors will report the distribution as dividend income on their tax return.

Reasoning, like habit or intuition, is one of the ways by which thinking comes from one idea to a related idea. For example, reasoning is the means by which rational individuals understand sensory information from their environments, or conceptualize abstract dichotomies such as , or ideas regarding notions of Reasoning, as a part of executive decision making, is also closely identified with the ability to self-consciously change, in terms of , and therefore with the capacity for

Using reason, or reasoning, can also be described more plainly as providing good, or the best, reasons. For example, when evaluating a moral decision, "morality is, at the very least, the effort to guide one's conduct by reason--that is, doing what there are the best reasons for doing--while giving equal [and impartial] weight to the interests of all those affected by what one does."
